Our Rental Purchase Agreement requires verification of residence, income and four personal references. No credit needed does not represent or imply that no inquiry or evaluation will be made of credit history or creditworthiness. We may evaluate prior transactional history, but no established FICO score or credit history is necessary.
Ownership is optional. For model upgrades or exchanges, simply return the product you are currently renting and open a new agreement for another model. All other trademarks, registered trademarks and/or service marks, indicated or otherwise, are the properties of their respective owners.
Set-up of product does not include any electrical, water, dryer vent, natural gas, LP gas or other gas connections that need to be in place to use the product.
120 days same as cash - For rental agreements 120 days or less (depending on agreement) you will pay the 120 Days Same as Cash Price, plus tax and any applicable fees.
Option to Purchase - The Early Purchase Option does not apply to the last payment or to NEW Rental Purchase Agreements with a term thirty (30) weeks or fewer.
Cellular service is not included with lease of a phone. Phones not compatible with all cellular service carriers. Phones and plans not available at all locations. Web based services and content require high speed internet service and separate third party subscriptions.

A Plus Rent to Own, Inc. will maintain the Property in good working order while on rent. Any maintenance or repair must be performed by us while on rent. We will not be responsible for the costs of any repairs done by others.
Remaining manufacturer’s warranty will transfer to consumer when ownership is acquired.

Optional Liability Damage Waiver
If you choose and maintain the optional liability damage waiver, it will relive you from certain losses of or damage to the Property from fire, lightning, smoke, windstorm, earthquake or flood. Any claim for loss due to fire must be accompanied by a Fire Marshall’s report stating the cause of the fire. Losses caused by arson are not covered by this waiver. The waiver also covers theft if the property stolen from your residence. To claim a loss from theft, you must file a police report that shows forced entry. To claim LDW, you must report the loss to us as soon as reasonably possible usually within 24 hours of the damage or loss. To receive the waiver, you must file a claim with us within 14 days after the damage or loss occurred on the damage waiver claim forms, available at our stores. You are responsible for any other loss of or damage to the Property from any cause other than those listed above.
