I’ve been with Aplus for about 6-8 months and have purchased numerous items thru their store. The staff has been very courteous and very helpful to my needs. When I got in a hard spot they were so thoughtful and offered their services to help me keep my items rather than having to return them and give up everything I had paid. I do know during this epidemic it is very tough for everyone but from personal experience the staff in Paintsville has always been so courteous and willing to help in any way and I wanna thank everyone of you all.

Getting to meet folks like you is one of the many reasons we love coming to work every day.
Employees are very friendly in store and over phone. I always pay my bill so I never have to worry about them contacting me for payments or repossessing of items purchased. They have a good sense of humor. It is a rather small Apkus store. Does not offer a whole lot. I do not like that you have to rent a whole bedroom suite and cannot rent to own just the headboard/footboard/frame. That busted my bubble. Of course it is more expensive in the long run instead of purchasing items outright at another location. But when you only have a portion of $$ to spend, this is the easiest place to deal with. They deliver furniture and do their best.

The representatives at this store went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. I went in and talked to a lady named Samantha who also happens to be the manager. She took the time to sit down and figure out what I was looking for and she then went to work on getting a Oculus Rift s. This is something that is very hard to get right now, but she gave me her cell and she stayed in touch with me everyday until the headset came in. Even though I'm sure she got tired of hearing from me you could never tell because she was so unprofessional and always replied. I would recommend anyone who is looking for something specific to go see these folks. If they don't have it they will do there best to get it. I've been with these guys for a couple years and Ill go to them anytime I need a special purchase and a great and affordable price. So thanks to Samantha and the guys in Paintsville, Ky.

Have gotten several things from here whenever I needed them. Great tech and sales staff.I suggest to anyone to NOT give this place your business because they will not fix anything . I have had a brand new washer and it tore up 3 months ago and I have tried to get them to fix it without any cooperation from them I have finally give up and told them to pick it up. After I have paid almost a year its easier to sell to someone else .

I would like to Josh Williams and his group of people at a plus rentals Hoa One fabulous group very caring if you read anything from them they’re there to take care of you within a days work If you just need to own something for a few months they take care of you as if you’re renting it for years I’ve been with Josh in the group for quite a few years every town quite a few things everything it’s always been top quality there on top of it if something messes up there right there the next day in my experience I had rented a washer and called that morning they were there by that evening to take care of me whether they can fix it so they can replace it either way it goes you’re a very satisfied customer thanks Josh your group little rocks
